MPW further provide handovers in the situation of new builds to ensure new possession of the property is not taken until the official completion date.

UNLOCK AND LOCK UP OF PREMISE

As the responsible key holder vacant premises where construction is being undertaken, our trained security teams can lock and unlock the premises at a pre-arranged time, conducting a full sweep of the premises as part of the process.
